The Genuine Dried Tangerine Peel
纪录片《走向******的中国食材》以随着华人脚步走向******并带有浓烈的故乡味道的中国食材为拍摄对象，但并不是基于食材本身而创作，而是透过食材记录其背后的人文故事，并以此在全球视野下解构中国食材文化，将******与中国具有代表性的食文化进行发酵与勾兑。

It took two years to shoot "The Genuine Dried Tangerine Peel". Starting from the New Association of Overseas Chinese, the film crew visited the United States, France, Singapore, Australia and other countries and regions successively. From the nearly 100-hour shooting materials, 25 different stories of the protagonists and the Chen Pei of the New Society were selected to make the little Chen Pei become warm and lively, so that people in other countries and native places can watch it after they have finished. Feel the taste of home.
